Marcie is a dedicated Lead and Trainer of the Going GreenHouse team. Born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. With a diverse professional background that includes managing a local art studio and an early start at Dairy Queen.
She holds a deep appreciation for the arts—her favorite animation series is the original Cowboy Bebop. She is a proud University of Arizona graduate. Her cleanings are energized by the rhythm of reggaeton and Bad Bunny, with podcasts serving as a welcome switch when variety calls. A detail-oriented cleaner, Marcie never overlooks the sink and its details, paying special attention to buildup around the drain with her grout scrubber.
After a productive day, her go-to meal includes a well-crafted hot sandwich and a refreshing electrolyte drink. Marcie compares herself to a rose or a fresh-cut grass-scented Mrs. Meyers: strong, effective, and gentle. Her personal work essentials include a high-performance water bottle that keeps the water cold and her hydrated, ready to tackle any task.
Marcie loves the support and personalities of the Going GreenHouse Team, and getting to know the clients. Described by those around her as loyal, kind-hearted, and hardworking, Marcie balances her professional commitments with her personal life as a devoted partner to Ryan, mother to her young son Gabriel, and fur parent to her ferret, Jameson. She also enjoys caring for a small collection of succulents.
Outside of work, Marcie maintains an active lifestyle and is committed to personal growth—both physically and spiritually. She enjoys time at the gym, has a notable sweet tooth, and continues to deepen her faith. Her ideal weekend includes time with her son, family gatherings, going to the gym, and a relaxing Sunday capped with a tasty meal.
Marcie’s passion for eco-friendly cleaning stems from personal experience. As someone sensitive to harsh chemicals, she values the safety and effectiveness of non-toxic products and is committed to improving the health of the homes she serves. “I could not use traditional chemicals daily. They affect my body and lungs—I wouldn’t feel right bringing that into someone else’s space,” she shares. Her thoughtful approach and genuine care make her an invaluable part of the Going GreenHouse team.
