Michele is dedicated Lead that brings heart, and a strong sense of purpose to the Going GreenHouse team. Born in Germany and having lived in four different states, she recently relocated from Nebraska to Arizona in August 2025 to be closer to her family—her greatest source of joy. As a proud wife, mother of four sons, and grandmother to three grandsons, Michele finds deep fulfillment in family life.

Since moving to Arizona, Michele and her family have embraced the outdoors, discovering a love for hiking and spending time in the water. After a day of work, her evenings are filled with family dinners and studying—she’s currently pursuing an online degree in Criminal Justice, driven by her lifelong passion for helping others.

What Michele appreciates most about Going GreenHouse is the warm, welcoming environment. “I was invited to a company event at Dave and Buster’s during my very first week,” she shares. “That kind of inclusion meant a lot.” Her heart for service shows up in everything she does—at work and in life. “My spirit grows when I’m doing all I can to make a difference in someone’s life,” Michele says, and at Going GreenHouse, she’s found a place where that purpose thrives.
