Meet Your Home Hero: Athena!
About Athena!
Xochithl serves as the Client Concierge at Going GreenHouse, where she brings warmth, organization, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
Originally from Mexico City, she now shares her life with her husband, Jose Juan, and their two daughters, Jade (17) and Alani (9).
With a professional background that includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist, Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist, and Quality Assurance representative,
Xochithl excels at communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
Her favorite book is Circe, and she enjoys films like P.S. I Love You along with shows such as Criminal Minds, Only Murders in the Building, and Grimm.
When in cleaning mode, her go-to soundtrack is salsa—especially “Me Hace Daño Verte.” After a long day of work, nothing satisfies quite like tacos.
Friends describe her as supportive, strong-willed, and loyal. A fun fact about Xochithl: she absolutely loves breathtaking natural views—mountains, cliffs, skylines—but is ironically afraid of heights. Her perfect weekend includes visiting charming towns near and far, tasting local food, exploring waterfalls and nature, taking photos, and simply enjoying time together as a family.
If Xochithl were a cleaning product, she would be an all-purpose cleaner—versatile, reliable, and always ready to help. Her must-have during any cleaning session is a microfiber cloth.
One thing she never miss when cleaning is attention to detail—especially when it comes to high-touch areas like light switches, door handles, and cabinet pulls—because those small details make a big difference.
She values the strong sense of support and shared commitment to quality within the Going GreenHouse team. “Everyone truly cares about doing their best, supporting one another, and making clients happy,”
Xochithl is passionate about eco-friendly cleaning because it keeps homes fresh without harsh chemicals. She believes in creating safer environments for families, pets, and the planet—and she’s proud to be part of a company that shares those values.
