How the Flex House Program Works

The Flex House Program by Going GreenHouse is our flexible recurring cleaning service for homeowners who want a consistently clean home without a rigid schedule. If your week is busy or unpredictable, the Flex House Program adapts to you — you stay flexible on the day and time, and we keep your home clean for less.

1. Tell Us About Your Home

Share your home size, priorities, and how often you’d like us — weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

2. Stay Flexible on Timing

We place Flex clients into open schedule spots. You let us clean any day or time that works in our schedule, and you get our best recurring rate in return.

3. Enjoy a Consistent Clean

Your assigned eco-friendly cleaning team learns your preferences and keeps every visit consistent.

What’s Included in Every Flex House Cleaning

Every Flex House visit covers the essentials that keep your home fresh and healthy.

  • All living areas — dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Kitchen cleaning — countertops, stovetop, sink, appliance exteriors, and floors
  • Bathroom sanitizing — toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and counters
  • Bedroom tidying — bed making, surface dusting, and floor care
  • High-touch surfaces — light switches, door handles, and railings
  • Trash removal — emptying and re-lining all waste bins

Need more? Add on inside-fridge cleaning, oven deep cleans, or interior window washing at any visit.

Everything you need to know about how Flex House works

  • Can I request a certain day and time? —Yes! We’ll note your preferred day and time, but because Flex House is based on last-minute availability, appointments may change on short notice.

  • Can I book monthly or one-off cleanings? — Flex House is for weekly or bi-weekly or monthly — and you can adjust your frequency at any time. Life changes, and your cleaning schedule should too.

  • Can I opt out? — Absolutely! You can opt out at any time with no penalties and switch back to our standard scheduling and pricing whenever you’d like.

  • How long can I stay in the Flex House program? — Your Flex House membership is reviewed every 6 months and may be renewed based on program availability and continued participation.

  • Can I request a specific Home Hero? — Yes! We’ll note your preferred Home Hero, but because Flex House is based on last-minute availability, Home Hero may change on short notice.

  • What makes an ideal Flex House home? — The best Flex House homes are flexible with scheduling, kept reasonably tidy between visits, have minimal clutter, provide easy entry (such as a door or garage code), and treat our team with kindness and respect.

  • Can I refer a friend? — It’s an invite-only program. You can suggest candidates and we’ll invite them if we have openings. Please keep all program pricing confidential.

  • Can I give tip to Home Hero?— Absolutely! Tips are always appreciated. If you’d like, we can even add a tip to your automatic payment for added convenience.
